ACCESS SYSTEMS
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
Ladder & Gantry
In order to gain access to sky domes or atriums where other equipment are not viable or affordable, aluminum ladders such as ladder box or gantry can be used. The height of these ladders can reach more than 15 metres. The horizontal movement of these ladders are supported by a rail system and can be activated either manually or by electrical motors.
Flying Chair
The easiest system to carry a man. Mostly used for inspection inside elevator shafts or manholes or sometimes for cleaning the facade of buildings.
Can be hung from very reliable hanging points. Both manual and electrical versions are available.
Fixeo & Mastclimber
Suitable for buildings with a sloping roof, where it is not possible to install a roof beam. These system have very little fluctuations and therefore most appropriate for precision work.
Manual Lift System
Hand guided winches in capacities of 300-400 kg contain safety locks. These systems are ideal for working heights of up to 30m without electricity, at a speed of 3m/min.
C Bracket
These platforms are used to access corners and angels where a basket cannot be otherwise attached from the roof. This setup does not cause any obstacle across the platform for operator passage.
Balconies
Extensions can be added to the sides of a platform which increases the platform’s length beyond the lift-motor by up to 75 centimetre. This can increases the reach to the edges of some building where otherwise not possible.
Corners Platform
This equipment is used to connect platforms to cover the facade in various shapes from 10 to 160 degrees. This setup can be for either a fixed angle or adjustable angles.
Access to Wind Turbine
Quadrilateral platform for accessing blades and the main shaft of wind turbines. By providing better access these platforms can lower the maintenance costs of renewable energy.
Access to Bridges
We are also able to provide specialized setup and equipment for accessing unusual structures such as bridges, dams, silos or any other towering structure.
Pylon System
Single-winch platforms to access the body of electric and telecommunication pylons.
Construction Hoists
This system be installed in the facade of the buildings under construction to carry persons and materials with various capacities.
Material Riding Hoists
These hoists with a capacity of 1000 kg and safety brakes, manual handle at power outage include a top limit switch. These hoists are ideal for glass panels or any large heavy parts for installation at heights.
Material Transportation
With a capacity of 500 kg.
Includes a revolving arm to transfer the load onto the roof.
Ascensoriste System
With a capacity of 500-1000 kg. Ideal for installing elevator bracket and rails using elevator cab.
Can be installed on the cabin or under the roof of the elevator well.
Aerial Platforms
Access to upright facades from ground level. Articulated arms allow this machine for accessing more complicated facades.
Tucker Pole
Designed with simple carbon and titanium these poles can reach up to 20 metres above ground level along with the ability to soften the water, resulting in better and faster cleaning with less water consumption.
Scaffolds
Made from telescopic aluminum arms for more stability. All aluminum welds are made by robots using the latest methods.
The rolling tower single width is 0.75m wide and 1.85/2.45m long. The maximum working height is 14 metres. Maximum load per platform 250 kg and 750 kg for the entire tower.
Portable System
Standard equipment which includes all parts that can be easily assembled so that the lift operation can begin quickly. This setup is either temporarily or permanent, where the customer can decide if relocation to another building is needed or else the equipment can be quickly moved back to warehouse.
Also known as Portable Platforms, these equipment have two main parts:
Roof Beams – structures on the roof containing counterweight beams holding the platform.
Platform or Baskets – containing hoist electric box or main steering wheel brake or safety brakes wire harness cables that are hinged from roof structures and other accessories such as anti-tilt system, top limit system, system switch overload, winder, etc.
Monorail System
These system are made of lightweight aluminum profiles or aluminum track that are fitted with steel brackets attached to the roof ledge of the building. The platform is carried out by a manual or electric trolley along the horizontal or vertical directions.
Rail Mounted Machines
This system with a fixed or telescopic arm has the ability to move automatically in three axes Y, X and Z relative to the façade of the building. For complex buildings this is the ideal system to get access to the façade.
The horizontal movements are carried out by electric trolleys on a pair of iron rails embedded on the floor of the roof. The machine has the ability to rotate and steer the platform on the roof and it can be equipped with a PLC system. Command of all system movements are possible from the inside of the platform.
Wheeled Machines
This system has the ability to move in all three axes of coordinates relative to the facades and stays stationary on its wheels. Its horizontal motion is driven by electric propulsion of the wheel.
The platform can approach the building facade by either hydraulic jacks embedded on the machine, or a rotating dovetail arm or a spreader bar system depending on the design.
Roof Trolley System
A roof car/trolley system is actually made up of chassis trolley on a pair of aluminum rails behind the parapet which are mounted on a steel structure. The arms are retractable and the platform can get close to the facade by means of telescopic arms.
Rail Rider System
This system is actually a roof system that runs on two rail lines connected to the parapet. Arms can be foldable to be hidden out of sight behind the parapet.
